We offer the following bin sizes to suit different project needs:

Our base bin rental starts at $350.00. Bin rental pricing includes delivery, pickup, and the standard rental period.

Disposal is billed separately at the actual landfill fee based on the scale ticket. A 25% fuel surcharge and 15% commercial surcharge are applied to the landfill fee.

Pricing may vary depending on your location, dumpster size, material type, landfill fee’s, and rental duration.

We keep our rentals flexible so your project stays on schedule.

To ensure safe delivery and pickup, please provide:

  • A minimum 12 ft of width and 14 ft of vertical clearance for our trucks
  • A solid, level surface for placement (asphalt, concrete, or compact gravel)
  • Clear access to the placement site, move vehicles, trailers, or obstacles beforehand

We cannot deliver if access is blocked. A trip fee may apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Dumpsters should be placed on solid, level surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, or gravel.
Placing on grass, dirt, or sand is not recommended, as the bin may become stuck or cause damage.
We are not responsible for any surface damage caused by the dumpster or delivery truck.

No. For safety reasons, customers must not move, push, lift, pull, or alter the dumpster after placement.
If you need it moved, call us, we’ll reposition it for you.

In most cases, a permit is not required if the dumpster is placed on private property.
If you need to place it on a public road, alley, or sidewalk, you may need a permit from your local municipality. Contact us, we can help guide you through the process.

All dumpsters are subject to local landfill allowed and prohibited items.

Please confirm details with the landfill in your area.

To protect our environment and comply with local regulations, the following materials are also prohibited:

  • Batteries – No lithium, car, rechargeable, or household batteries
  • Biohazardous materials – Includes medical waste, sharps/needles, feces, deceased animals, or contaminated materials
  • Weapons & explosives – No firearms, ammunition, fireworks, or explosive materials
  • Paints, chemicals & liquids – No paint, stain, thinners, solvents, pesticides/herbicides, or liquid chemicals of any kind
  • Petroleum & pressurized products – No gasoline, diesel, motor oil, propane tanks/gas cylinders, fuel containers, aerosol cans, or tires
  • Electronics & appliances – No TVs, computers, printers, electronics/e-waste, or appliances of any kind
  • Asbestos – Asbestos-containing materials are strictly prohibited (no testing or handling provided)

Have a questionable item? Contact us or your local landfill before placing it in the bin.

No. For safety and transport regulations, dumpsters must not be overfilled past the top rim of the bin.
If materials extend above the rim, pickup will be refused and extra charges may apply.

Yes, whenever possible we provide same-day or next-day delivery.
Booking early or selecting from available time slots helps ensure your dumpster arrives on your schedule.
